Alert Level Status
- Ilocos Sur in on Alert Level 1.
Movement Guidelines for Alert Level 1
- Travel within and between zones is allowed.
- MICE venues / activities, tourist attractions, DOT-accredited hotel staycations, and dining establishments are allowed to fully operate at 100%.
- Only fully vaccinated adult tourists and children accompanied by fully vaccinated adults from Alert Level 3 and 2 areas are allowed to enter the province.
Tourist Entry Requirements
For fully-vaccinated domestic tourists from areas under Alert Levels 1 and 2:
- Vaccination card
- Valid ID
- Proof of confirmed booking at a DOT-accredited or LGU-licensed establishment.
- Note: children 11 years old and below are allowed to enter for leisure purposes as long as accompanied by fully vaccinated adults
For fully-vaccinated domestic tourists from areas under Alert Level 3:
- Vaccination card
- Negative RT-PCR test result with a 48-hour validity
- Valid ID
- Proof of confirmed booking at a DOT-accredited or LGU-licensed establishment.
For fully-vaccinated foreign tourists who have arrived from non-Visa requiring countries
- Vaccination card
- Negative RT-PCR test result with a 48-hour validity if coming from an Alert Level 3 area
- Passport
- Proof of confirmed booking at a DOT-accredited or LGU-licensed establishment.
