Metro Manila is home to millions of Filipinos, and it also welcomes millions of tourists and business travelers each year. As such, the region’s government has implemented various travel guidelines for everyone’s safety. Here's what you need to know:

Alert Level Status

  • Metro Manila is on Alert Level 1.

Movement Guidelines for Alert Level 1

  • Travel within and between zones is allowed.
  • MICE venues / activities, tourist attractions, DOT-accredited hotel staycations, and dining establishments are allowed to fully operate at 100%.

Entry rules (for returnees or foreign nationals/tourists):

  • For returning Filipino citizens, please refer to IATF RESOLUTION 160-A and IATF RESOLUTION 164-A for the amended section B.
  • Foreign nationals entering the Philippines, please refer to IATF RESOLUTION NO. 160-B-RRD for more information.
