To keep your Boracay visit as safe as possible, the local government has implemented these guidelines on movement, swimming capacity, and required documentation. Here’s what you need to know.

Outbound leisure travel is still not allowed for those from the NCR and its travel bubble circuit that includes Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal.

Tourist Requirements

Access Online Health Declaration Form at http://aklan.gov.ph or http://touristboracay.com
Negative RT-PCR result (taken within 72 hours)
Saliva-based RT-PCR test (must not exceed three days from the time of extraction to date of travel; must only be processed by the Philippine Red Cross or laboratories accredited by the Department of Health and Food and Drug Administration)
Booking Confirmation from a DOT Accredited Hotel/Resort
Proof of Residence in the Philippines
