Tourist Requirements
For Non-Aklanon
- Access Online Health Declaration Form at http://aklan.gov.ph or http://touristboracay.com
- Negative RT-PCR result (taken within 72 hours)
- Saliva-based RT-PCR test (must not exceed three days from the time of extraction to date of travel; must only be processed by the Philippine Red Cross or laboratories accredited by the Department of Health and Food and Drug Administration)
- Booking Confirmation from a DOT Accredited Hotel/Resort
- Proof of Residence in the Philippines
